Josh Houseman is an American singer-songwriter from California.  He is known for his folk rock compositions, unique guitar playing style, dynamic lyrics, and his distinctly powerful voice. 

 

So far he has self produced five albums: 2008's "Kidding in the Caravan", 2009's "Runner", 2010's "Sorstoowandher",  2013's "Before You Were Thinking" and 2017's "Canoo."  In his live show he sings, plays guitar, ukelele and stomp box (a wooden rhythm box played with the foot) and also a tongue drum, an African wooden instrument which he made himself.  He currently lives in France and California and has given numerous concerts in his native USA, Australia, and in France.
